Fresh Strawberry, Cherry, and Berry Margarita

Using the fresh strawberries from my garden!

It's strawberry time again! One minute I had nothing and the next minute I had more than I knew what to do with! So why not make a frozen tequila drink? I know!

So I gathered as many as I could and added them to my Ninja blender. The challenge was that I wanted this drink to be the frozen blended margarita, but if I only used fresh strawberries and ice I was going to end up with predominantly ice in the drink..... I did however have a bag of organic frozen berries and cherries, so I figured !! Ah mixed berries... that works also!

A quality tequila is a must! I added 3 shots of Dobel in the blender as well! 1 cup of ice was all this needed since the frozen berries created a slush as well.

To fancy this up I sugar'd the rim of my glasses!

Blend this up right before serving to keep the consistency! And enjoy! The fresh Strawberries really enhanced the juiciness so I would completely recommend using both fresh and frozen in the future.
